We’re Stupid…

…at least according to John Kerry.  According to the former candidate for the highest office in the land,

We have an electorate that doesn’t always pay that much attention to what’s going on so people are influenced by a simple slogan rather than the facts or the truth or what’s happening.

Well, John, you have a point.  You just described exactly how and why Barack Hussein Obozo was elected to the Presidency of the United States.  A charismatic candidate that has a spiffy “O” icon with a message of change, hope, and “Yes, we can” without any details or substance of exactly how all of this was going to be accomplished with an association of shady friends certainly proved the truth of that statement.  People were more interested in blaming Bush rather than looking carefully at the candidate from Chicago and what exactly he stood for.

And in many respects, just proves what I have been stating in several previous posts – we, the electorate, are also to blame for the sad state of affairs within our country.  I also hold the defenders of freedom responsible for the misinformation of the dealings of government.  I, of course, am referring to the Press.  Regardless, the politicians have ruined this country while the electorate turned a blind eye to the shenanigans of the elected elite.

An opinion published in The Oakland Press on September 22 does not hold our politicians in high regard:

Politicians, president  making America worse

There are two whom write articles that I have faith in the content. Walter Williams, a professor of economics, and Charles Krauthammer, a columnist.

Their truth, wisdom and delivery far surpass many, including our president and members of Congress.

The latter are called the administration, who though being elected to represent their constituents, simply follow party lines and their leader like puppy dogs, all serving party or personal interests.

Thus is the cause of our present day crisis and this pertains to both parties. There is no one surfacing to replace the idiotic, deceitful and un-American ways of the present administration.

Communism and socialism are established via the means in which they persist. The question then is why? We can only reach the conclusion that we have a group who hates with a passion and desires absolute power at any cost.

It has been said we would never have another Depression like 1929 because we knew how to avoid it. So why does government pursue policies that will bankrupt the country and cause a great nation to collapse? We will then be under those countries who we owe so much when they call in the debt.

Politicians are the lowest form of humans who prey on the middle class that has supported them.

They now prey on the elderly via the new health care to achieve their goal.

This legislation is designed to support the shiftless, the illegal population, which no one knows the number.

If we are fortunate we will grow old. No matter whom you are, God is in charge and one would do well to consult him and follow his absolute loving rule.

America, it’s long past time to wake up and take our country back one vote at a time.

Funny, he didn’t seem to think the electorate were uninformed when they were voting Democrat.

    Gotta love the liberal left.

  2. What’s John Fonda Kerry’s IQ? Oh, never mind.

Braden – It all depends on the point of view. Vote for me, you’re smarter than the average bear. Vote for my opponent, you’re a box of rocks…

AOW – And to think this moron was running for the Presidency a few years ago…
